All our static caravans for sale include delivery, siting and connection. There are no hidden costs and pre-owned caravans are competitively priced.
As we are a small North Wales holiday park, we recommend that the purchaser contacts their own bank or building society, as they will be the most competitive.
Piped gas and electric are metered, so you only pay for what you use and are billed twice a year. Pitches which have bottled gas are paid on delivery. All caravans also require insurance.
Site fees cover water, sewerage, park maintenance, landscaping, refuse collection, grass cutting, use of park facilities and annual reinvestment.
Insurance costs around £15 per £1,000 of what your caravan is worth. For example, if your holiday home is worth £9,000, your insurance premium would be approximately £135. Please contact us for further information.
No. Every resident on the park pays the same site fees per year, even if they are situated on a premium plot. Every so often, we may have a vacant plot available and we work on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, we do. Council restrictions will not allow wooden sheds, however, metal and plastic sheds are permitted.
Unfortunately, we do not allow sub-letting on the park. However, family and close friends are welcome to use the caravan.
We have a 20-year policy. This is to maintain the high standards of the park.
